Q1 – First Article Inspection:
First article inspection is required for one part from each manufacturing lot. Documentation of the first article must be provided with each shipment.
Q2 – First Article Inspection:
First article inspection is required on each part from each manufacturing lot. Documentation of the first article must be provided for each part.
Q3 – FAA 8130-3:
For parts with PMA, an FAA 8130-3 is required for each part executed in accordance with FAA Order 8130.21.
Q4 – Government Source Inspection:
Government source inspection is required.
