Quality Codes

Q1 – First Article Inspection:
First article inspection is required for one part from each manufacturing lot. Documentation of the first article must be provided with each shipment.
Q2 – First Article Inspection:
First article inspection is required on each part from each manufacturing lot. Documentation of the first article must be provided for each part.
Q3 – FAA 8130-3:
For parts with PMA, an FAA 8130-3 is required for each part executed in accordance with FAA Order 8130.21.
Q4 – Government Source Inspection:
Government source inspection is required.
Q5 – Right of Entry
In addition to Powerjet Parts, Inc. right of entry, the vendor agrees to right of entry for our customers, or regulatory agencies, to all facilities and records in the performance of this contract.
Q6 – Nonconforming Product
Vendors are required to notify Powerjet Parts, Inc. quality department of nonconforming product and to make proper arrangements for approval.
Q7 – Product Definition
Vendor will notify Powerjet Parts, Inc. of changes in product definitions.
